Ashlyn is the founder of Bolt North Real Estate Investing. She spearheads the acquisition procedures, day to day operations, real estate agent broker and property manage segment of the business. She is also an active co-investor in the ongoing investments. As co-founder, she has over 20 years of experience in the corporate world. Over 10 years of experience in investing in residential real estate investing.

Sanchayita is another founder of Bolt North Real Estate Investing. She is the firm’s senior executive, who looks after the growth strategy, investing and business development of the firm. With more than 26 years of experience in the corporate world and over 10 years of experience in residential real estate investing. She has overseen major investments portfolios, acted as the key sponsor and general partner in more than 62 investment units in Minnesota.
