We are an experienced Real Estate Investment management advisory firm that owns and operates residential Real Estate assets. Whether you are a busy professional, retired individual or just getting started in your investment journey or currently own Real Estate but looking to offload the active management, we are here to help you build wealth through Real Estate.
We are currently owners/operators in the Twin Cities and Omaha markets with a combined hands-on experience of 20+ years in Real Estate acquisition, management & monetization of our portfolios. However, we are looking to expand to other Midwest markets in the near future.
Collectively, we have 75+ residential and commercial units. We began our journey as investors but ultimately transitioned into turnkey Real Estate investment management including property management several years ago. Additionally, we have invested in over 1,000 multifamily units in the Sunbelt states through limited partnerships.

Ashlyn is the co-founder of Bold North Real Estate Management. She helps spearhead the asset acquisition, Real Estate agent/broker and property management segment of the business. She is also an active co-investor in many of the company's larger multifamily properties. She has over 20 years of experience in the corporate world specifically in digital marketing and advertising as well as over 10 years of experience in residential Real Estate investing.
Sanchayita
Sanchayita is the co-founder of Bold North Real Estate Management. She leads the business's growth strategy, asset management and investing aspects. She brings more than 26 years of experience as a business strategist in the corporate world and over 10 years of experience in residential Real Estate investing. She has overseen investment portfolios and acted as the key sponsor and General Partner in more than 62 investment units in Minnesota.
